Question: What are your day-to-day functions on the job?
Earl: Development of all aspects of the Contractor Factoring and Bonding Business for RMP Capital.
Question: Where are you originally from?
Earl: Garwood, New Jersey
Question: From where did you receive your training in finance and factoring?
Earl: I earned my BS in Political Science w a minor in Economics from Iowa Wesleyan College. I was trained at a major insurance company with responsibility for an insurance program tailored to construction companies.
Question: When did you first decide you wanted to work in this field?
Earl: I started a company in 1997 that focused on providing insurance programs specifically for construction contractors, and my business focus has evolved from there.
Question: When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Earl: I was a career officer in the Army for 24 years so that was always my first career goal and passion.
Question: How long have you been working with RMP Capital?
Earl: 10 years.
Question: What is your most memorable experience on the job?
Earl: Helping small contractors succeed.
Question: What do you do for fun?
Earl: I love to run, swim, golf and travel.
