RMP Capital Corp's leadership represents over 70-years of experience in accounts receivable factoring and over 150-years of business experience in the areas of finance, management, marketing, and sales.

Donald W. Barrick

Mr. Barrick is the President & CEO of RMP Capital Corp., a factoring company for small to medium sized businesses. Prior to RMP Capital, Mr. Barrick was the Chief Financial Officer of CTA Industries, formerly American Rockwool Acquisition Corporation, a holding company of several manufacturers of insulation products for residential, commercial, and industrial uses. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Barrick managed all financial, accounting, and information technology functions of CTA. Specifically, Mr. Barrick was responsible for financial due diligence on acquisitions, financial policy, and reporting to banks and investors. He managed three rounds of debt and equity financing totaling over $150 million. Mr. Barrick also integrated the accounting operations and information systems of three acquired companies and implemented two Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERPs).

Previous to CTA, Mr. Barrick was a principal in Barrick and Barrick, Inc., a real estate financing brokerage specializing in placing commercial mortgages of $1 million to $10 million and SBA loans up to $500 thousand.

Mr. Barrick Graduated from Cornell University in 1991 with a BS degree in Finance.

Earl Harper

Mr. Harper has more than 15-years of extensive experience with the management of contractor financing and employee benefit program administration; concentrating on prevailing wage programs. Mr. Harper’s specialty here at RMP Capital is servicing the needs and business of our contractors, from bringing in new contractors, to giving extensive coverage and care to our existing clients.

Mr. Harper’s benefits background includes service as a Vice President at NY Life Insurance’s Administration Company, a National Business Sector Director for the Government Contract Administration with Century Business Services, and as Senior Vice President for Partners in Funding.

Prior to his success in the financial world, Mr. Harper spent over 24-years as a military officer retiring from the Army as a Colonel. Mr. Harper is also a graduate of the US Army War College and has a bachelor’s degree from Iowa Wesleyan College.

Mr. Harper has the experience, skills, and unparalleled leadership to make business for our contractors efficient, pleasing, and easy!

Walter D. Barrick

Mr. Barrick has over 30-years experience in finance both as a business owner and as a consultant. He spent 8-years as the Northeast Sales Director for a company providing software and marketing support to independent banks offering asset based and receivable financing. He was instrumental in starting, developing, and servicing accounts receivable lending portfolios for eight local and regional banks in New York, New Jersey, and throughout New England.

Bob Beattie

Bob provides 16-year’s experience in the construction field and brings that experience to RMP Capital’s Resource Monitoring Services group. His last 12-years was spent with a “best of class” general contractor in the Northeastern United States, Consigli located in Milford, Massachusetts. There he actively participated in five major target markets: academic, corporate, health sciences, institutional markets, and historical restoration.

From a labor foreman to a working supervisor, Bob prides himself with core values that transcend all career paths: quality, safety, communication, and accountability. His experience with client coordination, safety, finance, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and construction engineering resolution as well as union relation issues allows RMP Capital to anticipate and avoid construction project pitfalls.

Bob’s promotion to RMS Director is a direct result of years of positive growth. “Construction is grey” those challenges that arise need to be identified and addressed; it should be expected because changes are inevitable…how you rise to the challenge is the measurable piece that sets our RMS program apart!
